Job summary

A regional technology firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, benefits administration, visa processes, and employee documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE laws. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in HRIS systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administer and manage various employee benefits programs.
  • Handle the entire process of employment-related visas.
  • Prepare and maintain employment agreements and legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
  • Assist with various employee lifecycle processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
