Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in a HR generalist role.

Responsibilities

• Handle staff grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Facilitate performance management and appraisals.

• Develop and implement Emiratisation strategy.

• Engage with stakeholders for Emiratisation goals.
