As they expand their operations, they are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources — from recruitment and onboarding to culture development and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of employees across all departments.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth adaptation and integration of new hires.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline to support the company’s growth.
- HR Administration and Payroll
- Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Control and optimize the compensation and benefits budget.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
- Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement
- Foster and promote a positive corporate culture aligned with DIA Properties’ values and mission.
- Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at employee motivation, retention, and professional growth.
- HR Strategy and Development
- Advise management on HR policies, best practices, and organizational structure.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
- Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR practices.
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory; English proficiency required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a hands‑on approach.
