Do you have experience in Human Resource administration and thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on people.

If so, you might be the HR Generalist we are looking for to join our HUman Resource Team based in Dubai, UAE.

As a HR Generalist you will play a crucial role in supporting the lifecycle of our Middle East employee's and assist to maintain HR excellence in every aspect of the business.

Based in Dubai, you will report to the Senior HR Generalist.

Primary tasks include:

  • To Follow QHSE Manual and relevant global procedures.
  • Provide Administrative support to ensure efficient employee lifecycle
  • Support Senior Generalist with effective onboarding and offboarding of VIKING employees following VIKING protocol
  • Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, data encoding and updating, etc.
  • Ensure all employee’s data are updated on the HR Software
  • Monitor the expiry of employees & company credentials on the HR Software
  • Support registration with government entities/clients (ADNOC L&S, Offshore, Dirlling)
  • Support achievement of the Emiratisation program.
  • Update the HSE assessment matrix on a weekly basis
  • Update trainings for operations staff on the HR Software.
  • Support processing of Pass renewals like Drydocks, CICPA, etc
  • Promoting VIKING ME achievements, news & teams on Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, ..etc.).
  • Attend HR meetings as requested by HR Manager or, HR Global
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Previous HR Administration experience
  • Minimum High School Certificate or above
  • Excellent English both written and oral
  • Computer LiterateGood communication Skills
