A leading consulting firm in Dubai is seeking an HR Assistant to administer human resources policies and address employee inquiries. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience. The role involves collaboration with HR team members and maintaining compliance with HR policies. The environment emphasizes continuous improvement and employee well-being, offering a supportive workplace culture.
Administers and communicates human resources policies and procedures including but not limited to: employment, compensation, benefits, affirmative action, employee relations and relocation, under direct supervision. Addresses/responds to employees' inquiries and information requests regarding human resources' policies and procedures. Administers tuition assistance and reward and recognition programs for area, if needed. Works collaboratively with human resources team members. Helps brainstorm new approaches, policies and procedures to achieve continual improvement in the efficiency of department and services provided. Prepares, designs and updates a variety of human resources reports; prepares database change forms as needed; drafts miscellaneous correspondence. Ensures compliance with human resources policies in order to support the affirmative action plan and ensure divisional compliance. Performs other duties as required.

The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Criminal history will not automatically disqualify a candidate.
