Heidelberg Materials Trading is the international trading arm of Heidelberg Materials, handling overseas dry-bulk products exports and imports. We are looking for talented individuals to join our HR Department in our Dubai Office as a;

HR Analytics Officer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analytics, including market benchmarking and internal equity analysis, to support competitive and compliant reward structures.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics such as turnover, engagement, performance, and compensation trends.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes by preparing data models, simulations, and scenario analyses.
  • Monitor and report on benefits utilization, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRIS and analytics platforms through regular audits and data quality checks.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and management to deliver clear, user-friendly reports and presentations for decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR budgets and forecasts, providing insights on budget utilization and workforce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and internal controls in all HR analytics and reporting activities.
  • Provide analytical support for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, in coordination with the HR team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, compensation & benefits, or a related HR data role within an international company.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Python or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
  • Effective collaborator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
