Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client hiring targets and expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver customized talent acquisition solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment progress, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within recruitment or human resources services.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies in the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed sales and service targets.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
