Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  1. Develop recruitment plans based on business needs, open recruitment channels, post job positions, screen resumes, arrange interviews, conduct background checks, and manage the hiring process.
Employee Relations Management
  1. Handle the entire cycle of employee onboarding, probation, job transfer, and resignation to ensure compliance.
  2. Facilitate employee communication, resolve complaints, disputes, and daily inquiries, and maintain good labor relations.
Labor Law and Employment Risk Management
  1. Be familiar with local labor laws, visa policies, social security benefits, etc. in the UAE, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, etc. to ensure the company's policies are legal and compliant.
  2. Handle labor disputes, contract disputes, and other employment risks, provide solutions, and avoid legal risks.
  3. Regularly update human resource policies to adapt to local legal changes.
Daily Human Resource Operations
  1. Maintain employee files, attendance records, vacation management, and other data to ensure the accuracy of HR system information.
  2. Proficient in using Office (Excel/Word/PPT) and HR-related software to create reports and analyze data.
  3. Assist in salary and benefits, performance evaluation, and other human resource-related work.
Job Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and oral), proficiency in Chinese is preferred;
  2. At least 3 years of local human resources-related work experience;
  3. Familiarity with local labor laws, employment policies and cultural customs, with experience in handling labor disputes;
  4. Proficient in recruitment and employee relations management, with the ability to collaborate in cross-cultural teams.
