Housing Executive – Employee Accommodation in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates is a fixed‑term Education Management opportunity supporting employee housing operations during the 2026‑27 summer onboarding period. Aldar Education is hiring an organised and service‑focused professional to coordinate accommodation allocations, staff arrivals, property handovers, inspections, inventories, housing records, and employee enquiries across its school network.
Role Context
The Housing Executive will help deliver a smooth accommodation experience for new and returning employees joining Aldar Education schools. The role combines housing administration, facilities coordination, customer service, property inspection, and stakeholder communication during a high‑volume seasonal transition. Working with the Housing Team, school Operations teams, People and Culture, Finance, property managers, and external suppliers, the executive will ensure accommodation is prepared, allocated, inspected, documented, and handed over within agreed timelines. The position directly supports employee onboarding quality, operational readiness, and staff satisfaction across the education group.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of employee accommodation services during the summer onboarding and off‑boarding period.
- Coordinate housing allocations for new joiners, transferring staff, and eligible existing employees.
- Manage employee arrivals, departures, check‑ins, check‑outs, property handovers, and accommodation clearances.
- Confirm move‑in dates, property details, access arrangements, and accommodation instructions with employees.
- Conduct accommodation orientations and help employees settle into their assigned housing.
- Act as the first point of contact for housing enquiries and provide clear, professional, and timely assistance.
- Prepare accommodation units for occupancy in coordination with property managers, maintenance providers, cleaning teams, and suppliers.
- Inspect properties before and after occupancy to verify condition, cleanliness, safety, and inventory status.
- Record damages, missing items, maintenance defects, and inventory discrepancies using approved documentation.
- Coordinate corrective action for maintenance, security, health, safety, or property‑related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of housing allocations, employee cases, inspection reports, inventories, handovers, and supporting documents.
- Process accommodation requests and update housing databases, trackers, and employee records.
- Work closely with People and Culture, Finance, Operations, schools, landlords, property management companies, and service providers.
- Track unresolved housing cases and escalates urgent or sensitive matters to the appropriate team.
- Support the recovery of keys, access cards, company property, and accommodation assets from departing employees.
- Ensure housing processes follow Aldar Education policies, operational procedures, service standards, and approval requirements.
- Promote safe accommodation practices and escalates health, safety, security, or compliance concerns without delay.
- Assist with reports, presentations, allocation summaries, inspection updates, and operational data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Provide flexible operational support during peak arrival periods, including occasional evening or urgent assistance when required.
- Undertake additional housing administration duties needed to complete the summer accommodation programme successfully.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in employee accommodation, housing operations, facilities administration, hospitality, tenant services, or customer support.
- Previous experience in an education group, hospitality business, service organisation, or large multi‑site operation is advantageous.
- Practical understanding of housing allocations, property handovers, inspections, inventories, move‑in processes, and move‑out procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage employee and tenant enquiries professionally.
- Able to coordinate several arrivals, inspections, requests, and documentation tasks simultaneously.
- Confident working with internal departments, landlords, property managers, maintenance contractors, and external suppliers.
- Good judgement when handling confidential, sensitive, disputed, or urgent accommodation matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a calm and solution‑focused approach.
- Effective organisational, administrative, mediation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing actively to a busy operational team.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and workplace health and safety expectations relevant to housing operations.

- Valid driving licence and access to personal transport are preferred.
