Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa, currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Housing Concierge – Staff Housing to join the resort’s staff housing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage colleague check-ins and check-outs, handle rental room reservations, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Leverage Multimer systems for effective tracking of inventory and facility operations, while maintaining accuracy and administrative excellence.
  • Assist with all colleague queries, including information about community facilities, local area guidance, and general support to enhance the living experience.
  • Address employee concerns with patience, professionalism, and discretion, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular room inspections in accordance with established guidelines for both pre-arrivals and post-departures.
  • Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times—whether via email, phone, or in person.
  • Monitor and report on the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of accommodation areas, ensuring high standards are consistently upheld.
  • Respond effectively to changing schedules and operational needs, multitask efficiently, and remain composed in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, inspire trust, and deliver personalized service that reflects Wynn’s values and commitment to excellence.
  • Uphold the Wynn brand’s philosophy of service excellence, ensuring every colleague receives personalized support and care. Lead by example through professionalism and adherence to company values.
  • Work closely with departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to ensure smooth operations, including room readiness, room moves, and special requests.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of hands-on experience in guest relations and customer service within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a calm and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and upholding Wynn’s brand values.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
