Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team during this exciting pre-opening phase. The ideal candidate will ensure that our rooms and public spaces reflect the refined luxury, warmth, and excellence synonymous with the Four Seasons name.

In this role, you will lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to uphold 5-star standards, monitor quality and cleanliness across all areas, and contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Housekeeping Runners.
  • Conduct detailed inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Oversee the correct use, storage, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment.
  • Support inventory control of linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Train and develop the housekeeping team, ensuring consistency and excellence in performance.
  • Manage guest requests, room priorities, and special assignments promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, reports, and maintenance follow-ups.
  • Promote a culture of care, teamwork, and service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and hygiene safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a multicultural team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping systems such as Opera or HotSOS is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
