Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Housekeeping Shift Leader to maintain the hotel’s highest cleanliness standards and supervise a team of room attendants.

You will allocate duties, inspect rooms, manage stock and equipment, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service, including VIP requests. This is a full-time, on-site role at a Hilton property in Dubai.

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Shift Leader.
• Proven track record of managing a team.
• Strong organizational and analytic skills.

Housekeeping Shift Leader

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Shift Leader, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Shift Leader will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
