Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1100 AED/Month
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Proven experience as a housekeeping manager or supervisor in the hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and POS systems
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
• Develop standards for staff performance, customer service, product quality, safety, and housekeeping operations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department.
• Create schedules for staff members to ensure that all areas of the premises are cleaned daily.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
• Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed by staff members at all times.
• Develop processes for responding quickly to customer complaints or requests.
