Job summary

Fairmont Ajman is seeking a Room Attendant to help keep guest rooms pristine and inviting. You will deliver beds, baths, and amenities to highest standards while maintaining guest privacy and safety.

The role supports a luxury beachfront experience and requires a professional, service-oriented attitude. Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure trolleys and housekeeping equipment are clean, well-stocked, and properly stored.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Respect guest privacy and ensure confidentiality while servicing rooms.
• Assist with laundry duties, linen distribution, and public area cleaning when required.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests, anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Positive attitude, reliable, and service-oriented.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
