A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Service Associate to ensure smooth service delivery, maintain guest relations, and handle housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the housekeeping department, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. The role involves performing various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in the Housekeeping department.
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Familiarity with Housekeeping / Butler duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping order taking and telephone service to guests and staff.
• Ensure forwarding and receiving of all information pertaining to Housekeeping.
• Maintain and update administrative data.
• Handle guest complaints and report to Head Housekeeper.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene policies.
