A leading global hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing training to Team Members, helping to ensure that training objectives are met across departments. The ideal candidate will have previous HR/training experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high customer service standards. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing staff experiences and meeting localization regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and provide training to Team Members for an excellent staff experience.
  • Assist departments in achieving training objectives.
  • Provide quality training to Team Members.
  • Administer in-house training courses.
  • Ensure new employees receive necessary training.
  • Hold monthly departmental meetings to cover training needs.
