You will be responsible for providing training to Team Members, helping to ensure that training objectives are met across departments. The ideal candidate will have previous HR/training experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high customer service standards. Responsibilities

• Identify and provide training to Team Members for an excellent staff experience.
• Assist departments in achieving training objectives.
• Provide quality training to Team Members.
• Administer in-house training courses.
• Ensure new employees receive necessary training.
• Hold monthly departmental meetings to cover training needs.
