The role involves ensuring operational support, supervising the IT department, and managing all aspects of IT governance. Ideal candidates have previous IT management experience, especially in the hotel or service sectors, solid knowledge of Microsoft systems and hotel applications, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to IT infrastructure planning. This position aims to enhance service delivery and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous IT management experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector.
• Experience with Microsoft systems and hotel applications such as OnQ is required.
• Strong technical skills and current knowledge of technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the IT Department to ensure delivery of high-quality IT systems.
• Minimize system outages and provide operational support for all hotel IT systems.
• Identify and address current and future system needs.
