Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily shift operations across Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry where applicable. You will supervise staff, inspect guestrooms and public spaces, and ensure cleanliness and maintenance while managing the operating budget.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and enforcing SOPs, with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years housekeeping experience.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Inspects guestrooms and public spaces; assigns work; verifies supplies and uniforms.
• Maintains budget awareness and supports cost control initiatives.
• Leads departmental meetings and communicates goals for desired results.
