Raffles Dubai, a luxury Accor property, seeks a talented Hotel Florist to arrange fresh imported flowers and craft elegant setups for the hotel’s public areas and VIP suites. You will unpack deliveries, store in cold rooms, and design striking arrangements for the reception and guest rooms.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in a busy flower shop, wedding planning, or a 5-star hotel garden department, plus knowledge of indoor plants and allergy considerations.

Raffles Dubai needs a talented and hardworking Hotel Florist to arrange fresh imported flowers and keep the luxury pyramid hotel looking and smelling beautiful.

Daily Floral Tasks:

• Unpack morning deliveries of imported flowers and store them inside cold fridges so they stay fresh for a longer time.
• Design large, beautiful flower pots for the main reception area and smaller ones for VIP bedroom tables.
• Walk around the hotel floors to check if any indoor plants need watering or if any petals have dropped on the carpet.
• Create special romantic flower setups on beds using red rose petals for guests celebrating their honeymoons or anniversaries.

Rules for Selection:

• Creativity: You must have a very good eye for matching natural colors and shaping big floral designs.
• Experience: At least 2 years of past work inside a busy flower shop, wedding planning company, or a 5-star hotel garden department.
• Plant Knowledge: Knowing which plants live longer indoors and which ones might cause sneezing allergies for hotel visitors.
