Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the Hospitality / Service Industry preferred.
- Good spoken and written English / Russian.
- Able to read and speak Arabic / Russian.
- Computer Knowledge, including Windows, internet explorer, and word.
- Possess excellent management, planning, decision making, interpersonal, communication and counselling skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete the important tasks outlined on the Officer Shift Checklist.
- Report broadband and telephone equipment defects to the relevant vendors.
- Attend to complaints and enquiries referred to by Communications Assistant.
- Monitor the status of jobs in Guest Request Management system.
