Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Guest Environment Expert in Dubai to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas. You will be on your feet for long hours, perform hands-on housekeeping tasks, and respond to guest requests to create memorable stays.

As a Non-Management, full-time role, you’ll contribute to high standards of safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance while supporting the hotel’s guest experience and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is helpful.
• Ability to stand/move for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain hotel appearance.
• Deliver guest requests and stock carts as needed.
