Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality hot dishes from different international cuisines based on established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in the development of menus and contribute to daily specials to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen section while managing and mentoring junior staff.
  • Oversee food presentation, ensuring that all dishes are plated beautifully and consistently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with supply ordering, and maintain food safety and quality standards.
  • Work harmoniously with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and the kitchen team to manage kitchen flow and ensure timely service.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards in line with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environment, specializing in hot multi cuisine.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of various international cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to train and inspire junior kitchen staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to kitchen operations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be in UAE

The basic salary is AED 5,000-6,000 plus Accommodation, Food, and other benefits as per UAE labor Law.
