Manage food and beverage presentations in the Executive Lounge, ensuring consistent quality, proper display, and timely replenishment.

Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and F&B teams to maintain lounge cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest comfort.

Perform daily opening and closing procedures in line with hotel standards and operational checklists.

Actively upsell hotel services and promote World of Hyatt membership to enhance guest engagement and revenue opportunities.

Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting to the supervisor.

Monitor operating supplies, maintain inventory accuracy, and support cost-control efforts by minimizing wastage.

Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance to guests.
