As part of their expansion into the hotel sector, they are seeking professional, polished sales experts to join their team.

Role Overview :

The client is looking for two experienced "Hospitality Sales Executive" - HORECA to drive business growth within the UAE hotel sector. The ideal candidates will have strong business development skills, excellent relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to represent a premium beverage brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify, target, and onboard hotels across the UAE to introduce premium Matcha.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B managers, chefs, and procurement teams.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and tastings.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration within the hotel sector.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience within the hotel sector (F&B, luxury beverages, or hospitality supplies).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional appearance, confidence, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across hotel properties.
  • Passion for premium beverages and healthy products is an advantage.
