Job summary

A dynamic hospitality group in Dubai is looking for a Head of Projects / Projects Manager to lead the execution of high-end F&B construction projects. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, proven management experience in 5-star projects, and must be fluent in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within hospitality or F&B.
• Proven track record in managing 5-star hotel or high-end F&B projects.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for new restaurant openings and refurbishments.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
