Job summary

Dmcdubai, a Dubai-based hospitality group, seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, consolidation, and controls across multiple outlets. You will drive budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance with UAE regulations, while coordinating with auditors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has CPA/CMA/ACCA credentials and 10–15 years in finance, including 4–6 years in UAE hospitality, with strong ERP and POS experience. Growth opportunities abound in a dynamic dining concept portfolio.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with CPA, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Experience in finance and accounting within restaurant or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
• UAE work experience in established restaurant/bar environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for all outlets.
• Manage financial consolidation across profit centers and analyze variances.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and UAE labor laws.
• Liaise with external auditors and Dubai Municipality/DTCM requirements.
• Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and payment gateway reconciliations (POS integration).
• Compute theoretical food & beverage costs and perform variance analysis to identify cost leakage.
• Implement internal controls for liquor inventory, par levels, and bar stock reconciliations.
• Update recipe costs in ERP reflecting market and supplier price changes.
• Monitor wastage and losses with effective control measures.
• Lead finance, procurement, and stores teams to ensure efficient operations.
