This role emphasizes operational excellence and team leadership, along with supporting quality assurance programs. Experience within the UAE healthcare system is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive hospital operations leadership experience in a medium to large healthcare facility.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
• Experience within UAE healthcare systems (DOH/HAAD) is highly desirable.
