Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospital/healthcare operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, regulations, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, resource management, and process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• English proficiency; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities
