Accountabilities
- Support the Holidays Product Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks related to the Holidays business.
- Coordinate with hotel partners, aggregators, and internal finance teams to manage invoices, payment reconciliations, and supplier queries.
- Assist in tracking product performance, pricing updates, and commercial offers across markets.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) for internal meetings and leadership reviews.
- Maintain and update supplier and product data to ensure accuracy across systems and communication channels.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches in collaboration with Digital and Marketing teams.
- Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational issues, flagging any risks or anomalies.
- Assist with contract documentation, rate loading, and administrative follow-up with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Etihad Holidays procedures, procurement policies, and financial controls.
- Provide general support to the Holidays team in cross-functional coordination, planning, and day-to-day execution.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, preferably in product, operations, or finance support roles.
- Good understanding of basic financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
