Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical or telecom systems.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to learn project execution and quality standards.
- Support documentation, drawings, BOQs, and technical reports for ongoing projects.
- Work on troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of equipment under supervision.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring of systems or equipment.
- Learn and apply company procedures, project workflows, and technical tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Electronics Engineering; Telecommunication Engineering; Electromechanical Engineering
- Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/project exposure.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems, control panels, or low-current systems (ELV, BMS, CCTV, Fire Alarm, etc.).
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, schematics, and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic AutoCAD, and engineering software (preferred).
- Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn and adapt; strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; good communication and teamwork skills; attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
