Job Objective

The Administrator - Happiness is responsible to manage the waiting area, greet visitors and, assist and direct them to appropriate destination. The incumbent will perform reception activities in an efficient and way. Furthermore, he/she is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and mails.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Monitor and authorise entrance of employees or visitors to the different buildings within the campus.
  • Check employees and visitors' identities and ask for appropriate documents in order to authorise entrance to the different buildings.
  • Greet visitors, assisting and directing visitors to appropriate destination.
  • Prepare documentation, including reports, records for petty cash, fleet car bookings, postage purchases, international phone and fax records and other forms of correspondence.
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate delivery of packages.
  • Operate a variety of standard office machine, including personal computer, phone, fax, scanner, shredder, and photocopy machine as per requirements.
  • Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming by coordinating with the cleaning staff.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Higher Diploma in a relevant field is required.
  • Full English and Arabic proficiency levels are required.
  • Basic computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience.
