Qualifications

• Fluent Hindi required.
• 1–2 years in tele sales/call center/BPO/customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
