What You’ll Be Doing

The High-End Luxury Marketing trainee supports the end-to-end execution of marketing activities for Versace, Jimmy Choo and Rene Caovilla. As well as, supporting the team in project management and coordination to ensure successful planning and execution of events, in-store activations, campaign and product launches, PR initiatives,clienteling pushes and 360communication.

Projects (70%)
  • Support in events and in-store activations planning and execution (liaise with suppliers, coordinate with store teams, manage gifting etc.)
  • Create and update decks (on project basis)
  • Scout and liaise with suppliers for events and activations (contact them, get quotations, negotiate, coordinate operations etc.)
  • Copywriting in English and Arabic:clientelingscripts, Arabic translations, internal communication copy
  • Share content with Malls and Regional teams
  • Create lookbooks/e-catalogues for key launches
  • Update monthly reports, trackers and business calendar
  • Conduct market research and benchmarks on key moments and activations (Ramadan, Christmas, Pop Ups, Giftings, Events etc.)
  • Coordinate and liaise with store teams on a regular basis regarding projects, content, loans, gifting, catalogues etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with PR agencies on store loans, samples, requests etc.
  • Coordinate and liaise with CRM teams on newsletter andclientelingpushes
  • Coordinate and liaise with Chalhoub communications team and post news on One Chalhoub on a regular basis
  • Coordinate and liaise with Muse and Elite teams (share content, press releases, copy)
Admin (30%)
  • Coordinate and liaise with Supply Chain teams regarding transfers and marketing write offs
  • Create/update suppliers in the system
  • Support with sample management
  • Manage VIC gifting
  • Apply for mall permits for in-store activations
  • Manage Dropbox/shared folder documents and assets
  • Support in budget classification and PO issuance
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Strong Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise confidently with multiple teams and partners — store teams, suppliers, PR agencies, CRM, malls, and internal communications — while keeping everyone aligned and on track.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing trackers, reports, budgets, POs, permits, samples, and shared folders, with strong attention to detail and follow-through across multiple projects at once.
  • Proactive & Hands-On Mindset: Willing to take ownership of tasks, anticipate needs (especially around events, gifting, and activations), and actively support execution rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Strong Communication & Copywriting Skills (English & Arabic): Clear, professional communicator with the ability to write and adapt copy for different audiences — clienteling scripts, internal communications, translations, and content sharing.
  • Creative with Commercial Awareness: Able to support creative outputs (lookbooks, catalogues, activations) while understanding brand guidelines, franchised structures, timelines, and business priorities.
