HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Are you passionate about High End (HE) client experience and Fine Jewelry? Do you have a genuine interest in delving into the variety of projects that the Dubai-based HE team has to offer?
As a High End Client Experience Coordinator, you will assist the department in ensuring that projects are successfully led and that Sales Associates are well-equipped to provide exceptional service
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
In this role, you will act as a key support for the High End team, assisting in the coordination of training, events, and feedback consolidation. You will support the team in animating the High End mindset and ensuring VIP experiences are seamless, as well as contributing to special projects. This position is special because it offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the client experience and contribute to the growth of the High End business.
