Job summary

Marasi Real Estate L.L.C is seeking a freelance sales professional to generate leads and close property deals across Sharjah, Dubai, and wider UAE markets.

You will present opportunities, conduct viewings, advise on pricing and investments, and manage enquiries through closing. This commission-only role offers uncapped earnings and flexible working arrangements for self-motivated professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience in the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and develop a personal client network.
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with no fixed monthly salary.
• Ability to work independently with flexible working arrangements.
• Knowledge of Sharjah and Dubai property markets is preferred.
• English proficiency required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, or other languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage your own property leads and client network.
• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Sharjah, Dubai, and other UAE markets.
• Present off-plan and ready property opportunities to potential buyers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage enquiries from initial contact through deal closing.
• Negotiate with buyers, sellers, property owners, and developers.
• Coordinate with Marasi Real Estate for project information, availability, documentation, and transaction support.
• Maintain accurate client and lead records.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners.
• Stay updated on UAE real estate projects, market trends, and applicable regulations.
