SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Hematologist for a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves inpatient and outpatient hematology care, collaboration with oncology and pathology teams, and participation in tumor boards.

The ideal candidate holds MBBS and a postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB/MRCP) with preference for American board certification and relevant post-specialization experience. Visa sponsorship and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Hematology or a related field.
• American Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology or related specialty preferred.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of hematological disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists and radiologists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumor boards where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient care.
