Job summary

Serco in Dubai seeks a Technician Motor Transport Automobile Mechanic to carry out preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance on heavy vehicle equipment and systems, individually or with a team, within a designated area of the facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in heavy vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in motor vehicle workshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conform to general and technical safety requirements at all times.
• Read, interpret and describe electrical and engine system functionality from drawings.
• Set up and use test equipment and interpret results (DM, in situ diagnostics).
• Raise PMS fault reports, daily utilization reports and CMMS work orders.
• Lead and support maintenance tasks, aiming for first-time-right quality.
