Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology seeks an experienced driver to deliver concrete blocks and heavy building materials across the UAE. You will work from factory to customer sites and construction projects, coordinating with forklift operators for loading and unloading.

You must inspect trailers, secure loads, follow schedules, and comply with UAE road and heavy-vehicle regulations. Role requires safe navigation of sites and consistent documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy trailers for delivery of concrete blocks and building materials across the UAE.
• Transport loads safely between the factory, customer sites and construction projects.
• Coordinate with forklift operators during loading and unloading of block bundles.
• Inspect the trailer and load before departure and ensure materials are properly positioned and secured.
• Use appropriate straps, chains and load-securing equipment where required.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules, routes and dispatch instructions.
• Ensure timely deliveries while complying with UAE road and heavy-vehicle regulations.
• Navigate construction sites, industrial areas and restricted-access delivery locations safely.
• Conduct daily checks of tyres, brakes, lights, fluids, coupling systems and trailer condition.
• Immediately report vehicle faults, accidents, fines, delivery delays or site-access issues.
• Maintain delivery notes, trip sheets and other required transport documentation.
• Obtain customer/site acknowledgement after successful delivery.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean and safe operating condition.
• Follow company HSE procedures and safe-driving requirements at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience transporting concrete blocks, bricks, cement, precast products, steel or other heavy building materials strongly preferred.
• Proven experience driving tractor-trailers / articulated heavy vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, industrial areas and construction-site delivery procedures.
• Familiarity with routes across Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, Ajman, Dubai and other Emirates is preferred.
• Good understanding of load securing, weight distribution and trailer safety.
• Ability to safely reverse and manoeuvre trailers in factories, construction sites and confined loading areas.
• Basic understanding of heavy-vehicle inspections and minor fault identification.
• Good driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively with dispatch, customers and site teams.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on delivery requirements.
