A leading operations company in Dubai is seeking a Heavy Equipment (Wheel Loader Operator) to perform essential tasks in maintaining the operation of the process plant and power generation plant. Candidates must possess a Forklift and Front Loader license and be capable of physical labor. Responsibilities include general housekeeping, equipment lubrication, and adherence to safety protocols. Strong communication and a focus on safety are essential. Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.

About the job Heavy Equipment (Wheel Loader Operator)

1.1 Job Scope Summary

Under general supervision, the FEL Driver (IBA & Residues) performs a variety of basic tasks in support of the overall facility operation and in maintaining operation of the process plant and power generation plant in compliance with established production schedules and plant output requirements.

1.2 Job Responsibilities

Physical Tasks

• Performs general housekeeping and cleaning of the facility
• Works with and assists team members in performing a variety of tasks
• Removes debris and materials wrapped around conveyor shafts
• Lubricates and oils conveyors, feeder, trammels, and other similar equipment
• Prepares and paints structural members and machines
• Uses hand tools and power hand tools
• Operates Forklift and Front Loader

General Tasks

• Follows all facility safety rules and procedures
• Follows instructions given by supervision
• Reports promptly any breaches of HSE procedures to supervisor / management
• Attend HSE Inspections, audits, assessments, and daily / weekly meetings
• Participates in and promotes company health, safety & environmental campaigns, initiatives, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times
• Understand and complies on company policies and procedures
