Job summary

Al Marwan Developments in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Heavy Bus Driver to support transportation across project sites. You will operate heavy buses, follow UAE traffic laws, and prioritize passenger safety.

The ideal candidate has a UAE Heavy Bus License, at least 2 years' UAE driving experience, good route knowledge, basic English, and a strong sense of responsibility. You must be flexible to work across locations.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6) must be held.
• Minimum 2+ years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes and traffic regulations.
• Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Ability to work across different locations and flexible hours.
• Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy buses safely and efficiently to transport staff and workers to designated locations
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies at all times
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any faults or maintenance requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off
• Assist passengers as needed to ensure safe boarding and disembarking
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle logs
• Coordinate with transport supervisors and report any delays, incidents, or issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding transportation and safety
• Support other transportation-related duties as assigned
