Job summary

Influx Talent is seeking an experienced healthcare procurement professional in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and ensuring regulatory compliance for ophthalmology/ENT procurement; leadership experience is essential.

The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, oversee inventory control, and leverage SAP/Oracle/Coupa with advanced Excel to deliver cost-effective procurement solutions in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Healthcare procurement experience in UAE preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year as Purchasing Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Valid pharmaceutical license meeting UAE regulatory requirements for medical and pharmaceutical procurement.
• Proven supplier management and inventory control capabilities.
• Experience with healthcare procurement compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM/BA or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
