A leading technology provider in Dubai seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of upgrade projects in healthcare. The role involves managing teams, ensuring project readiness, and boosting delivery capacity for upgrades. Candidates must have experience in program management within EHR environments and strong leadership skills. Project management certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management within enterprise software in healthcare or EHR environments.
• Deep understanding of upgrade delivery cycles and post-deployment adoption challenges.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Services Team for upgrades, patches, and configuration projects.
• Own the Upgrade Pipeline and maintain oversight of the upgrade queue.
• Ensure Project Readiness with necessary preparations.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase throughput.
• Drive Quality Outcomes ensuring high standards with benefits to the customer.
• Facilitate clear understanding of expected outcomes from upgrades.
• Ensure Feature Adoption Post-Upgrade through follow-ups.
• Liaise Across Teams for seamless communication regarding upgrades.
