Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology, in partnership with a Dubai hospital, is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support nurses and clinicians in delivering safe, compassionate care.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, monitoring, and basic supplies, while upholding infection control and patient dignity. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to cover shifts, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant preferred.
• Relevant healthcare training or certification is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of patient care, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Caring, patient, and responsible attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Physically fit to assist patients with mobility.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support nurses with routine patient-care activities.

• Assist with transferring and positioning patients safely.

• Provide emotional support and communicate respectfully with patients and families.
• Assist healthcare staff with other duties as assigned.
