Qualifications

Job description
  • Regularly visit in-house and client sites to monitor operations, identify potential QHSE gaps and propose practical safety and compliance solutions that enhance business reputation and support operational continuity.
  • Prepare QHSE-related reports, risk assessments, method statements, and safety improvement plans for short-term and long-term projects within the NE PS & ES division.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly QHSE objectives and performance indicators as assigned by the QHSE Manager, and prepare reports highlighting compliance, incidents, and improvements.
  • Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), toolbox talks, training materials, and risk assessments to strengthen workforce safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Engage with the workforce through HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety training, and daily interactions to ensure effective communication and adherence to QHSE standards.
  • Manage and guide supervisors and site teams on QHSE requirements to ensure safe operations across multiple sites in line with allocated resources and client expectations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining an excellent safety record and promoting a proactive QHSE culture.
  • Take overall accountability for QHSE-related planning, monitoring, inspections, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure regular accommodation visits, fleet inspections and HSE audits across the NE region as per set plans.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to integrate QHSE best practices into operational planning and execution.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory;
  • Valid Driving License
  • Must have NEBOSH certification
