Join Stevin Rock as a Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor!

Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and driving a culture of excellence? Stevin Rock, a leader in the mining and construction materials industries, is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support site operations.

About the Role:

As an HSE Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our health and safety management systems. You’ll work closely with various departments to identify hazards, minimise risks, and champion HSE initiatives. Your expertise will help us maintain and improve our standards, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a safety-first culture and lead internal HSE campaigns.
  • Provide expert HSE advice and support to employees and management.
  • Conduct site inspections, drills, and walkthroughs.
  • Produce weekly and monthly HSE reports, including incident investigations.
  • Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver HSE training programmes and maintain training records.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high-risk industry (mining, construction, or similar).
  • Experience with large-scale operations (500+ employees) and multicultural teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard KPI reporting (TRIR, LTIFR, etc.).
  • Fluent in English & Hindi;
  • UAE Manual Driving License required.
