This six-month seasonal role offers the opportunity to work in high-end, international-standard restaurants with the potential to move into a permanent position based on performance. The position is open to candidates both inside and outside the UAE who have a passion for luxury service and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with fine dining standards.
• Manage table sections and coordinate orders between guests, kitchen, and bar teams.
• Train and guide junior staff to maintain consistent quality and professionalism.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and care.
• Promote premium menu items and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service standards are maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.

• Proven track record as a Head Waiter / Waitress or Senior Waiter in high-volume, high-end restaurants.
• Fluent English required; a European language is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
• Confident handling of guest feedback and service recovery.

Additional Information

This is a six-month seasonal contract with the potential for a permanent role based on performance. Multiple vacancies are available across several of the group’s fine dining and lifestyle venues.
