This role is critical in ensuring high-quality training delivery, managing P&L, driving business development, and ensuring compliance with standards. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree and significant experience in training management and development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective operational measures.
• Familiarity with developing strategy and materials for training courses.
• Proven ability to assess training needs through consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead blue-collar training functions and manage training operations.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of new training courses.
• Create and maintain budgets for the COE Business Unit.

Skills

Strong knowledge of training system processes and technology

Demonstrated experience in developing training policies

Proven ability to collaborate with customers

Solid background in planning training programs

Education

Graduate degree

Master's degree or higher in relevant discipline
