Location: Dubai, UAE or other major Siemens locations within the Middle East region.

Job Summary: Are you passionate about crafting compelling narratives that shape industry conversations? We are seeking a strategic communications leader to elevate our content strategy across the Middle East and North Africa region. You will adapt our global narrative into a regional context, define positioning priorities and content pillars, and establish an omni‑channel, audience‑centric content strategy that leverages content marketing and insights‑driven thought leadership as a true differentiator. In short, you will define how we show up through storytelling to strengthen Siemens’ positioning as a technology leader. Reporting to the Head of Communications for the Middle East and North Africa, this senior role is an integral part of the Regional Communications Team and will collaborate closely with colleagues at headquarters and across the business. With a winning combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical precision, the ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of storytelling, innovation, and performance. You will champion One Team – One Voice – One Direction by unifying our brand voice and editorial standards, driving cross‑channel integration, and delivering best‑in‑class content, programs, and campaigns that influence brand reputation and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify market themes, customer insights, brand pillars, and competitive dynamics to develop and continuously refine an omni‑channel content strategy.
  • Define content pillars, formats, channels, and audience journeys across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and consistent application of core strategic messages that advance audiences from awareness to consideration to conversion.
  • Lead the development of a robust thought leadership program by identifying emerging trends, research opportunities, and elevating executive and SME voices to position Siemens as a technology leader in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, pitch compelling stories, manage interviews, and coordinate executive media appearances to secure high‑impact earned media coverage.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to digital, business communications, internal communications, and country communications teams to ensure message alignment and cohesive storytelling across channels.
  • Define KPIs for content, thought leadership, and media relations; use analytics to understand performance, refine strategies, and improve ROI.
  • Leverage AI workflows and emerging technologies to accelerate content production while safeguarding creative excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, with 10+ years of content leadership experience, ideally in B2B or technology‑driven industries in the Middle East Region.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, communication trends, and modern audience engagement strategies.
  • Proven experience in omni‑channel content orchestration—from brand storytelling to performance‑driven campaigns.
  • Track record of influencing and collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior executives in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing AI‑powered content workflows to enhance speed, scale, and quality.
  • Proficiency with media monitoring, social listening, and analytics tools to drive insights‑led content development and outreach.
  • Passion for insights, experimentation, continuous improvement, and a strong bias for action.
  • Excellent command of English with exceptional writing skills; Arabic strongly preferred.
  • You will be able to connect global strategy with regional needs; anticipate trends and translate insights into actionable storytelling and editorial plans.
  • You possess confidence to shape perspectives, secure buy‑in, and guide senior stakeholders toward unified communication goals.
