Job summary

Binance is seeking a Head of Risk to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing oversight of the firm’s enterprise-wide risk management framework within a regulated environment in the UAE. You will ensure risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in line with risk appetite and regulatory obligations.

As a senior leader, you will oversee risk monitoring, reporting to the board, and regulatory engagement with authorities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret complex risk data.
• Experience interacting with regulators, Boards and senior management.
• Proven ability to lead risk governance and drive risk culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management framework across all risk categories.
• Oversee risk monitoring and reporting to senior management and the board; escalate and mitigate material risks.
• Engage regulators proactively and manage regulatory submissions related to risk, capital adequacy, and resilience.
• Ensure independent, well-resourced risk function integrated with governance bodies and decision-making.
