Qualifications

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, ideally in HR tech, talent platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Proven experience scaling sales teams in MENA.
  • Strong background owning end-to-end revenue from SDR to renewals.
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments with speed and ambiguity.
  • Deeply structured mindset enabling speed.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue across new business, expansion, and renewals.
  • Lead SDRs, Sales Managers, and Customer Success teams.
  • Design a hybrid sales motion with outbound strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of sales with product value and customer outcomes.
  • Build structured sales processes for efficiency.
